Terms of Service
The rules for using AcroCloud, a Canadian platform for insights into AI search visibility.
Governing law: Province of Alberta, Canada · Last updated: September 2026
1. What the Service Does
AcroCloud provides GSEO audits and visibility reports. Think of these as helpful analysis tools, not promises that any third-party AI model will place or list your business. Rankings and answers change over time and are controlled by each AI provider, not by us.
2. How You Can Use AcroCloud
You may audit websites and brands you own, or those you have clear permission to analyze. To keep the platform fair and safe for everyone, please avoid behaviour that abuses the service:
- Do not try to break into, overload, or stop our systems.
- Do not probe systems you are not authorized to access.
- Do not send traffic meant to harm us or other customers.
3. Who Owns What
You keep full ownership of your domain data and the queries you run. AcroCloud keeps ownership of the platform itself: our software, our reports, our designs, and our tools. Nothing in these terms gives you a claim to our platform code or branding.
4. Limits on Our Liability
AI providers can change their models, and services can go through maintenance. AcroCloud works hard to be reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that third-party AI answers will stay the same. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. You agree that any disputes will be handled under Canadian law, without moving the matter outside Canada.
