Every audit we run, every crawl log we keep, and every customer record we hold is stored in Canadian data centers. Nothing leaves Canada for storage or processing.

That means your data is protected under Canadian law from the moment you share it.

We follow the rules set by Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25. These laws are built around one idea: use less data, protect it well, and be clear about what you do.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Waitlist emails and your name, given when you ask to join.
• Basic analytics that tell us how the site is used (with your permission).
• The website or brand details you ask us to audit.

We use these details to deliver the service to you. We do not use them for anything else.

Your data is never sold, and it is never used to train public foundation models. Your business information stays yours.

You can ask us to delete your data, export a copy, or take back your consent at any time. Just email hello@acrocloud.ca and we will help within the time the law allows.
